The only vineyard intervention here is a little copper, sulphur or sodium bicarb when needed with pheromones used for pest control. Fermentation takes place in amphora with de-stemmed whole berries over 6 weeks before ageing in used French oak for 7 months on lees & bottling in clay. Only 900 bottles of this elegant skin contact juice were crafted so this should make you feel pretty damn spesh.
