Ferment them in steel, leave on the lees to mature for 10 months, listen to your intuition, be patient…very patient…then be Martin Diwald & you got yourself a fresh bottle of hell yes. Bright, lively, rounded & ripe, this dry devil will get in your head…there’s a weight to it without a heaviness- it’s a work of bloody art.
