From a teensy 1 hectare vineyard with vines ranging from 20 to 75 years old on calcareous clay and slate. Whole clusters are lightly de-stemmed before 12 weeks maceration & fermentation in amphorae then sealed in with inert gas for 8-9 months. Sublime minerality with a black fruit drive & lip smacking texture- what a structure! This is all kinds of transporting, it makes you want to dive right into the bottle & swim with it. So magic you might just find dolphins swimming alongside you.
