Winemaker Tiago works with biodynamic methods & yearns to tempt the roaming wolf populations back to his land by regenerating the natural environment back to it’s former glory. The moon on the label represents his dedication to nature and the wolves, as does the name:’Uivo’, which means ‘howl’. The grapes are grown on slate & granite land with vines of over 80 years old. They’re hand harvested, whole bunch pressed & begin fermentation in stainless steel before bottling & completing fermentation. This baby is zesty and aromatic with a juicy fruit-forward profile. She’s elegant, clean & awesomely fresh with a fab mineral finish. Chill before opening & pop the cap with a little caution…!
